• Complete confidentiality. We, along with our manufacturing partners, maintain the strictest of confidentiality. You won’t ever need to worry about a current employer finding out that you’re exploring other opportunities.

• Consistent communication. We don’t “ghost” our candidates at any point in the recruiting process.   Period.

• No pressure. We believe gut-checks and intuition are highly valuable cues when making life-changing decisions. With that in mind, our role as a recruiter is not to sell you on opportunities, but to open doorways, make introductions, explore options, and help navigate potentially tricky logistics.   But ultimately, if it’s not right – it’s not right.
